1. National Institute of technology (NIT), Rourkela
The courses offered by NIT, have been approved by AICTE. It offers several degree and master programs including MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc and B.Tech. NIT provides 100 per cent placement opportunities to its students.
2. University College of Engineering (UCE), Burla, Sambalpur
University College of Engineering , Burla is one of the leading Engineering colleges of the state. UCE is a constituent College of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. The college was set up in 1956. Admission of students to the B.Tech Program, MCA program & B.Tech. It is constitute college of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. 3. College of Engineering & Technology (CET), Bhubaneswar
College of Engineering & Technology was established in 1981.CET, a government engineering college, is affiliated to BPUT. All its courses are AICTE approved. It offers B.Tech course in seven disciplines. In addition, it offers MCA, M.Tech (part-time) and Bachelor Degree in Architecture. Placement opportunities at CET are very high.
4. Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar
Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology was Established in 1992, It offers B Tech and M Tech courses under KITS School of Technology. KIIT also offers B.Sc, M.Sc and MCA programmes.
KIIT is the youngest institution in the country to receive accreditation by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of All India Council for Technical Education and National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC) of UGC.
