Importance of English

As we know that any language is nothing, it’s only a medium to communicate to each others. More same as English is also a language, but it has its own special importance than other languages. In India we use local language such as Tamil, Marathi, Urdu, Bengali, Bhojpuri and more to communicate each other in local area. We use Hindi to communicate with a about all areas of India. But through English we can communicate with whole world. Now a day, it has been a backbone of global communication. English is a language which is globally used. Without English no higher education is possible because all the course and syllabus of higher degrees such as engineering, medical, management, information technology etc are in English. Most branded international companies uses English to their businesses, contracts, ads, seminars, interviews and many more. So we can say English is most important. Without English we are nothing in the world. Now a days all schools are providing English from Nursery. The latest and most advanced discoveries and inventions in science and technology are being made in the universities located in the USA where English language is the means of scientific discourse. NASA, ISRO and all other scientific center use English to communicate together or to take action on their research. It is not only for international commerce, it has become increasingly essential for inter-state commerce and communication in India. In India, people go from north to south for education or business, mostly communicate in English. Indian Parliament has also certified English as their official language in addition to Hindi.
On the basis of above statements, we can easily say that English is our windows to the world. It is a tool to establish our viewpoint. We can learn from others experiences. We can also propagate our theories among the international audience and readers.

Cyber Crime

Cyber crime is a generic term that refers to all criminal activities done using the medium of computers, the internet, cyber space and the worldwide web. There isn’t really a fixed definition for cyber crime. The Indian law has not given any definition to the term ‘cyber crime’. In fact, the Indian Penal Code does not use the term ‘cyber crime’ at any point even after its amendment by the Information Technology Act, 2000 in the Indian cyber law.
We all talk about the various wonder facts. Internet has done but there are certain contentious issues that have come up with the internet. One such issue is an impediment to the proliferation of e-commerce. There are certain arguments that have developed to make the Internet a tax-free, and a regulation free zone.
Therefore, to make proper online contracts has become very important. When a contract is laid down, it needs to be governed by the rule of the country or territory where it was entered into. The rights and the obligations of an individual are determined by the laws of the jurisdiction. Even in the cases where the intellectual-property rights are infringed, the jurisdiction for pursuing legal remedies will be conducted at the place where such infringement has happened. In most other cases, the traditional principles specified in the section 20 of the Civil Procedure Code are abided with. These principles state that either you can plead for jurisdiction in the place where the infringement has happened or the person against whom you want to take an action resides.
